Charcuterie from Eagle Hill Ranch paired with cheeses from The Vault in Emporia was a perfect ending for a Meet the Producers talk by Sarah and Zack Bell about raising bison, beef, sheep, hogs, chickens and turkeys on pasture. Keller Wine & Feed rounded out the meal with Elote Street Corn Salad and Mexican brownies.
